| El
corazón de la planta de loncheado lo constituye
la “sala blanca” en la
que están ubicadas las máquinas que realizan
el loncheado de precisión,
de
manera automática. Dicha sala cuenta con especiales
medidas de higiene, entre las que cabe destacar:
- Clothing for single use for all staff inside.
- Access restricted to staff.
- Only people who has got allowed access, with a control
presence card, can enter.
- Scheduled environmental disinfection (with microbicide
products) to reduce the microbial load of the environment.
- A micro-filtered ventilation system with air overpressure.
- The tools are sterilized with ethanol-water solutions
or water over 82°C and ozone and changes in several
shifts during production.
- The machines are included in the Standard Control
Program of Hygiene to ensure absence of contamination.
This aims to create a work area with a very low level
of contamination and where the product is exposed to
air with a limited number of pollutant agents (particles
of 0.3 to 0.5 µ).
Nevertheless, this does not mean improving the quality
of products, it means preserving them from any contamination
due to production elements (people, machines, equipment
and environment).
